Did you hear Christmas is coming early this year? Ah – no, our mistake – Christmas APPOINTMENTS are coming early!

Giving blood by appointment helps us help patients better. That's because when you book an appointment, we know hospitals can rely on you at this important time. We particularly need donors to book in for Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Hogmanay and the 2nd of January. 

That's why we’re opening our sessions early for booking this year.

We know how busy everyone's festive season is, with many competing priorities. Travelling for seasonal celebrations, a different routine, a busy calendar, and planning for the festivities can mean that squeezing in a blood donation can be tricky. So it's important we remind everyone that the need for blood doesn't take a holiday, especially over Christmas and into the New Year.
