Help us keep in touch with you.

Recently married? New phone? Changed address?

As an active blood donor, it is really helpful if we can contact you when we need to.

It's important we have your contact details so that we can keep in touch with you. It means that we are able to contact you to invite you to sessions, keep your donor records up to date, and let you know at short notice if stocks of your blood group are low.

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, blood donors and blood transfusion staff have worked against the odds to keep Scotland's hospitals supplied with the blood critical patients need. Office Manager Lynn Whitelaw tells us how she's seen a surge in people coming to give blood, simply by the paper record she has to sort each day.

Please help us by ensuring we have your address, phone number, and email address so we can contact you when we need you.

  • You can now amend your contact details by signing up/signing in to your online donor account
  • You can also update your details via our change of address form on our website or by giving us a call on 0345 90 90 999.
